We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for hosted automations. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Support is provided via email during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CET). Enterprise clients receive priority support with dedicated response times.

We may perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
